NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ICARO Media Group ("ICARO") today announced that it has reached a full and final resolution of prior legal matters involving former executive Robert Petty of SPORT195, Inc. and Skyy Digital Media Group, Inc., as well as ICARO Media Group, Inc., its officers and directors — including CEO Paul Feller — and consultancy company Cronus Equity. Following constructive, in-person discussions among the parties, all historical and pending claims — including previously asserted allegations of fraud and wrongdoing — have been mutually and amicably withdrawn and settled, resolved on terms that fully clear the Company and its leadership.

As part of the resolution, Robert Petty formally withdrew all prior allegations of fraud or wrongdoing against ICARO and its leadership. "Following further discussions and clarification of the matters between the parties, I withdraw any prior allegations of fraud or wrongdoing and would refute any suggestion that I continue to maintain such claims," said Petty.
